Basic Support

The "Basic support" option allows you to obtain support for the configuration or the functioning of your MailCleaner (Hosted services, Appliance, Enterprise Solution) according the following conditions:

• per email (support@mailcleaner.net)
• Answer upon 24 business hours

Premium Support

The "premium support" option allows you to obtain support for the configuration or the functioning of your MailCleaner (Hosted services, Appliance, Enterprise Solution) according the following conditions:

• per email (support@mailcleaner.net)
• By phone (8h-12h 14h-18h CET)
• Remote access to your MailCleaner
• Answer upon 4 business hours
• Best effort outside
